In the last couple of weeks I have had the pleasure of shooting Lauren and Justin’s wedding at Lone Star Mansion, which was my first wedding not for a friend or family! About a month before the wedding day, we did a bridal and engagement shoot that was absolutely stunning and I got to know Lauren and Justin in a laid back environment before the wedding. I decided from there that engagement shoots are something I want to include into my wedding packages because it was such a great way to understand the couple and their shooting style, without having to stress about it on the wedding day!
Moving into the wedding day, I was nervous because I wanted to make sure I had everything perfect for the couple. Of course, I was worried for nothing because the wedding went swimmingly and the day was absolutely beautiful! With only about 30 guests at the ceremony, the wedding was intimate and shared with Lauren and Justin’s closest family and friends. Everything was sparkling white with pops of blue and green just as the bride and groom had envisioned. Documenting their marriage was such a blissful moment and the newlyweds were naturals in front of the camera! Lone Star Mansion was the perfect place for their elegant country club styled wedding.
Capturing intimate weddings are truly some of my favorite weddings to capture because everyone that is apart of the wedding is so loving and supportive of the bride and groom. I am a lover of all things love so feeling that love radiate through Lauren and Justin’s wedding filled me with joy.
